Undivided

a.	1.	Not divided; not separated or disunited; unbroken; whole; continuous; as, plains undivided by rivers or mountains.
	2.	Not set off, as a share in a firm; not made actually separate by division; as, a partner, owning one half in a firm, is said to own an undivided half so long as the business continues and his share is not set off to him.
	3.	Not directed or given to more than one object; as, undivided attention or affection.
	4.	(Bot.) Not lobed, cleft, or branched; entire.

UNDIVIDED. That which is held by the same title by two or more persons, whether their rights are equal, as to value or quantity, or unequal.
     2. Tenants in common, joint-tenants, and partners, hold an undivided right in their respective properties, until partition has been made. The rights of each owner of an undivided thing extends over the whole and every part of it, totum in toto, et totum in qualibet parte. Vide Partition; Per my et per tout.
